- Implementation of the second Improvement for 4th jobs started:
1.Dragon Knight
1.1. Madness Crusher
* Reduces SP consumption from 68 to 55 based on level 5.
* Increases base damage from 4400%Atk to 8350%Atk based on level 5.
* Increases factor weight of POW in skill formula from 7 to 10.
1.2. Storm Slash
* Increases cooldown from 0.3 seconds to 0.35 seconds.
* Reduces SP consumption from 60 to 55 based on level 5.
* Increases base damage from 950%Atk to 2200%Atk per hit based on level 5.
* Increases the chance to double skill damage while under Giant Growth buff from 30% to 60%.
1.3. Hack and Slasher
* Increases base damage from 7300%Atk to 7700%Atk per hit based on level 10.
* Reduces area of effect from 9 x 9 cells to 7 x 7 cells based on level 10.
* Applies critical damage, the critical chance is the user's Cri.

- Added new LT equipment for reform. (Accessed by @shop) NPC (Special Enchanter > Item Reform):

Both non-LT versions can be obtained by dropping Andarais, Realized Andarais, Himmelmez's Phantom, and Amdarais's Phantom. 

- Updated the maximum level to 260/55, as official.

- Updated HP/SP table as official. Some jobs may have suffered a reduction or increase in HP/SP.

- Updated Max HP GAP from 1.1m to 5.5m.

- Updated the NPC (Charm Shadows) in @wb with the option to purchase new Shadow Spellbook (Enchant), which were previously only obtained through a low drop chance from WB.

- Added 3 new Special Enchants to NPC Billu II. Accessed by @shop, Enchanter NPC.

- Updated the drop rate of items (Unknown Part ID: 25669 Cor Core ID: 25723) on the jormungand server. The chance has been increased by up to 3x the previous value.

-> Bug fixes and adjustments
- Fixed BUG with the item (Ghost Whisper 400396) that was applying bonus Soul Destroyer damage per Base Level in the initial part of the item, but it should only be Meteor Assault in the first part.

- Fixed BUG with the item (Custom Core Headset ID 31953) that was not with the correct description.

- Fixed BUG with the YSF Ring + enchant combo and thanatos cards. The activation chance was not increasing correctly when equipped with the cards and the bonus was incorrect.

- Fixed BUG with the item description (Majesty of Yggdrasil 490380) which should increase all size damage by 25%, according to official.
 

- Large Updates:
* Several updates were applied to the server as of 11/17/23.
